CLYSA is happy to announce that we will be once again sponsoring a Summer Soccer Camp. This year Gordon Ferguson from Fergie's Soccer Academy and a few of his trainers will be conducting the camp. In addition to this camp Communitiy Education is offering a soccer camp conducted by Chris Haggerty who is a former English semi-professional soccer player. For all the camp details click on the Details link below.
The CLYSA will be purchasing new (or new to us) indoor soccer turf. This upgrade will allow us to continue to offer indoor soccer during March and April for many years to come. We are excited about this opportunity but with it comes the challenge of raising the necessary funds for this purchase. Our goal is to raise $20,000 by February 1st.
What are we going to be doing?
1. The CLYSA will be actively seeking donations from our local corporate partners.
2. We will be selling the current turf. If interested please contact Steve Jones.
3. Not raising your fees. Not offering less player training.
How can you help?
1. If your a business owner- Make a one time donation and assuming a $100 donation become a Website Sponsor. Please click the link for all the details.
2. Family/Individuals --Become a Turf Buddy! Designate a 1 time monetary donation to the CLYSA for the new Turf. All donations can be made at the River Bank.
How are we doing?
We have raised $700 with 1 corporate sponsor and a couple Family donations. We also have a pledge from LARA for $4,000 and a few other leads that seem promising.
Questions ?
