2009 registration begins Saturday August 23rd. Signing up can be done in 3 easy steps:
1. Register Online or via Paper form.
2. Complete and mail your Medical Release Form.
3. Forward via e-mail or regular mail a copy of the players birth certificate to the CLYSA.
